Unprofessional arrogant owner. low quality of service
Quality and attitude of owner kalpana is very rude. She don’t know what to speak in front of customer. If you go for high amount of services then she will treat you well otherwise she will make you feel inferior. No professionalism. Cleanliness and quality is up to the mark. They don’t care about customer’s comfort and do as per their standards.
Staff is not well trained
The owner is very arrogant. They had good ratings because just because of regular aunties coming there and having good gossips apart from this, salon is not good at all.
