The management consists of two partners, “Mr. Ajay Chowdhary” (Partner) and “Ms. Lipi Shah” ( Partner), and many senior honorary well-wishers. Both mr. Ajay & ms. Lipi have between them 26 years of experience in business and 7 years of combined experience in this domain. Mr Ajay Chowdhary brings with him a rich experience and has been associated with Aditya Birla Group – Companies for a total of 13 years and the last designation was Head – procuremement engineering and projects with Aditya Birla Insulators, Halol. He was also Commercial head at mandideep plant of Power Transformers division of Crompton & Greaves Ltd as his last job before joining this business. Similarly, Ms Lipi Shah was in branch banking operations at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharuch & Ankleshwar and other banks like ABN Amro, ICICI Bank Ltd. Their ethical work practices got embibed into the business as its core policies of quality, cost and timelines and value for money to the customers.
